These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Visitor Hub mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Overview
The Visitor Hub provides tools for real estate professionals and event organizers, including:
- Open house and event management.
- Visitor sign-in and visitor data collection.
- Digital signature capture.
- Visitor record storage and CSV export.
- Agent and team lead management features.
3. User Roles
The Service is intended for use by agents, team leads, administrators, and other authorized users. Visitors may provide information through sign-in forms without creating a user account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully and professionally. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account, event, and property information.
- Obtaining any required consent from visitors before collecting their information.
- Using visitor information only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
- Protecting exported CSV files and any data downloaded from the Service.
- Complying with real estate laws, privacy laws, brokerage policies, and professional rules that apply to you.
5. Visitor Data
When you use the Service to collect visitor information, you are responsible for explaining how that information may be used, including follow-up communication regarding the property, event, or related services.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
7. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their data by contacting info@thevisitorhub.com. Deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services, including Google Firebase, for authentication, data storage, hosting, crash reporting, analytics, or related functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party services.
9. No Legal, Real Estate, or Compliance Advice
The Visitor Hub does not provide legal, real estate, brokerage, disclosure, or compliance advice. Use of the Service does not guarantee compliance with state-specific real estate laws, privacy laws, disclosure requirements, or brokerage policies.
10. Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Collect information without appropriate consent where required.
- Upload harmful, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, features, software, and content, is owned by The Visitor Hub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service except as permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Visitor Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or issues arising from your collection or use of visitor information.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or used the Service unlawfully or improperly.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
